…is a solo project from Cologne, Germany, crafting soundscapes between Post-Punk and Darkwave.
Founded in October 2024, hinfort is defined by its dark and emotional soundscapes – driven by cold bass riffs, atmospheric synths, and a melancholic vocal line.
philosophy
hinfort is a DIY solo project – everything you hear from hinfort was created entirely by the artist himself. From songwriting to recording, writing lyrics, mixing, mastering, artwork, design, booking, social media content & ads – Florian loves crafting a complete body of art, both visually and acoustically. All songs were written in a small studio/rehearsal space in Cologne, Germany – late at night, in total isolation. When the first song, “no way out”, was released in October 2024, the online response was very strong & positive, which inspired him to create more songs. And here we are – one full album and two collaborations later, all within less than a year. Reaching over 40k monthly listeners on Spotify and connecting with a vivid, ever-growing community on Instagram. Now it’s time to take the stage and perform these songs live – to sing them together with the fans gathered from all around the world through streaming on various platforms.
